Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 2, 2026
Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures applicable to refund requests for purchases made through the official Xenyth store.
It applies to digital products and benefits offered by Xenyth, including ranks, cosmetics, virtual currencies, subscriptions, account benefits and other digital content or services.
This Policy is intended to provide clear information about refund eligibility, payment reversals, store credits, compensation and the handling of purchase-related problems.
This Policy must be read together with the Xenyth Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and any additional terms presented before a purchase.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
Seller Information
Refund obligations belong to the legal person or entity responsible for the relevant sale.

The seller information must be completed and published before the store begins accepting orders.
Nature of Digital Products
Xenyth primarily offers digital products and virtual benefits intended for use within its Minecraft server and associated services.
These may include:
-
Ranks and account permissions;
-
Cosmetics and visual customizations;
-
Virtual currencies and in-game resources;
-
Subscriptions and time-limited benefits;
-
Account-related advantages;
-
Other digital content or services described in the store.
Digital products may be delivered or activated electronically, sometimes shortly after payment confirmation.
The delivery or activation of a digital product does not automatically remove any consumer rights that may apply. In particular, the legal treatment of withdrawal, conformity and refunds depends on the type of product, the contract and the applicable law.
General Refund Principles
Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the purchase, the status of delivery or activation, the information provided to the customer before purchase and the legal requirements applicable to the transaction.
Xenyth aims to resolve legitimate purchase issues fairly and within a reasonable period.
A refund may be appropriate where, for example, a payment was processed incorrectly, a product was not delivered, a technical issue prevented the customer from receiving the purchased benefit or the customer is exercising a legal right to a refund.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a customer requests one. However, Xenyth will not refuse a refund where the customer is legally entitled to it.
Eligible Refund Requests
A refund request may be eligible for review in situations including the following.
Duplicate or repeated payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order or product due to an error, the additional payment may be refunded after verification.
Failed delivery or activation
If a customer has paid for a product but the purchased benefit was not delivered or activated, Xenyth will investigate the issue.
Where the product cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, Xenyth will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include delivery, replacement where appropriate, or a refund.
Technical errors
If a technical issue prevents the customer from receiving or using a purchased product as described, Xenyth may investigate the cause and determine the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the issue, restoring the benefit, providing an appropriate replacement or issuing a refund where required.
Incorrect transaction processing
If a payment provider or store system processes a transaction incorrectly, Xenyth will review the transaction records and coordinate with the relevant provider where necessary.
Legal withdrawal or other statutory rights
Where the customer has a legal right to withdraw from a contract, terminate it or receive a refund under applicable consumer protection legislation, Xenyth will respect that right and follow the required procedure.
Digital Content and the Right of Withdrawal
Customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain online purchases, including purchases made through the Xenyth store.
Where European Union consumer law applies, a consumer generally has a 14-day withdrawal period for qualifying distance contracts. The rules and exceptions depend on the type of contract and the applicable legislation.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins only if the legal requirements are satisfied.
Depending on the applicable rules, these requirements may include:
-
The customer's prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period;
-
The customer's acknowledgment that beginning performance will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal;
-
The seller's confirmation of the contract and the required consent or acknowledgment on a durable medium.
The seller must not assume that every digital product is automatically non-refundable simply because it was delivered electronically or activated immediately.
Where the legal conditions for losing the right of withdrawal have not been satisfied, the customer's applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer may submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal through the contact method provided by the seller or another legally accepted method.
The seller will process the withdrawal and any resulting refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Where a monetary refund is due, Xenyth will generally return the amount using the original payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method and the law permits it.
For qualifying withdrawals under EU consumer law, reimbursement is generally required without undue delay and within the statutory deadline, which is ordinarily 14 days after the seller is informed of the withdrawal, subject to the applicable rules.
The refund may take additional time to appear in the customer's account depending on the payment provider, bank or financial institution.
Xenyth cannot guarantee the exact date on which a bank or payment provider will make the refunded amount available, but the seller remains responsible for initiating the refund within the legally required timeframe.
Where a payment provider offers a refund function, Xenyth may use that function to return the payment through the relevant transaction.
Store Credits and Refund Coupons
Xenyth may offer store credits, coupons or other promotional compensation in certain situations, subject to the conditions set out below.
Store credits and coupons are intended as an optional commercial solution. They may be offered, for example, where a customer experiences a minor inconvenience, where a goodwill gesture is appropriate or where the customer prefers to receive store value instead of another available commercial remedy.
Store credits and coupons are not a mandatory replacement for a monetary refund.
Where the customer is legally entitled to receive money back, Xenyth will not require the customer to accept a coupon, store credit, virtual currency or another in-game benefit instead of the legally required refund.
A coupon or store credit may be used as a refund alternative only where the customer freely and expressly agrees to that alternative and applicable law permits it.
Where a customer voluntarily accepts a coupon or store credit, Xenyth will clearly communicate:
-
The value of the credit or coupon;
-
Its validity period, if any;
-
Which products or services it can be used for;
-
Whether it can be combined with other promotions;
-
Whether it can be transferred or exchanged;
-
Any other material restrictions.
Unless clearly stated otherwise and permitted by law, coupons and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Promotional coupons issued as a goodwill gesture are distinct from monetary refunds and do not remove any statutory rights the customer may have.
How Store Credits May Be Issued
If Xenyth introduces store credits, they may be issued manually by authorized personnel or through an automated store system.
A store credit should be linked to the relevant customer account or issued as a unique code, depending on the technical capabilities of the store.
Where credits are issued to resolve a purchase problem, Xenyth should keep an appropriate record of the reason, amount, date and customer agreement.
Store credits must not be used to conceal a payment error, avoid a legal refund obligation or prevent a customer from exercising statutory rights.
The availability of store credits depends on the store system and payment provider used by Xenyth. No automated credit or coupon system is guaranteed until it has been configured and tested.
Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to mandatory legal rights, a refund will not generally be granted solely because of the following circumstances.
Change of mind
A customer may not qualify for a discretionary refund simply because they no longer want a product, except where a statutory withdrawal right or another legal entitlement applies.
Failure to use a product
Not using a purchased rank, cosmetic, virtual currency or other benefit does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Failure to review the product description
Customers are expected to review the product description, price, duration, limitations and relevant conditions before purchasing.
However, this does not remove any legal rights relating to misleading information, non-conformity or other legally protected circumstances.
Account suspension or ban
A customer will not generally receive a discretionary refund merely because their account has been suspended or banned following a violation of the Xenyth rules.
This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to the purchase or any legal remedy available in the circumstances.
Use of purchased benefits
Using or activating a product may affect the availability of certain withdrawal rights where the applicable legal conditions have been satisfied.
However, product use does not automatically remove every possible right to a refund, particularly where the product was defective, not supplied as agreed or another legal entitlement applies.
Incorrect account information
If a customer provides an incorrect username, account identifier or other delivery information, Xenyth may be unable to transfer the benefit to the intended account.
The customer should contact support as soon as possible. Xenyth will review whether the benefit can be corrected or transferred and whether any legal remedy applies.
A refund will not be automatically excluded where the law requires one.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If Xenyth offers subscriptions or recurring purchases, the applicable billing frequency, price, duration, renewal conditions and cancellation method must be displayed before the customer subscribes.
Customers may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided by Xenyth or the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation generally prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a period that has already begun or been paid for, subject to statutory rights and the subscription terms.
If a subscription is cancelled or terminated because Xenyth cannot provide the contracted service, the customer may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under applicable law.
Where a customer has a statutory withdrawal right, Xenyth will apply the relevant rules and any valid exceptions.
Service Changes and Discontinued Benefits
Xenyth may update, balance, replace, modify or discontinue certain game features, virtual content or services for operational, technical, security or gameplay reasons.
The possibility of reasonable updates or balancing changes does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
However, Xenyth cannot use this clause to remove mandatory consumer rights or avoid obligations where a purchased product or service is not provided in conformity with the contract.
Where a change materially affects a paid benefit, Xenyth will assess the circumstances and provide any notice, correction, replacement, price reduction, termination or refund required by applicable law.
If a service is permanently discontinued, the treatment of active paid benefits and subscriptions will depend on the product terms, the circumstances of discontinuation and applicable legal requirements.
Refund Request Procedure
Customers who wish to request a refund should contact the official Xenyth sales support channel.
A request should include enough information to identify the transaction and understand the issue.
Where available, customers should provide:
-
Xenyth username or account identifier;
-
Order or transaction reference;
-
Product purchased;
-
Date of purchase;
-
A clear description of the reason for the request;
-
Relevant screenshots or other supporting evidence, where appropriate.
Customers should not include passwords, full payment card numbers, security codes or unrelated sensitive information.
If additional information is necessary, Xenyth may contact the customer and explain what is required to review the request.
A request for additional information should not be used to impose unnecessary obstacles or delay a refund beyond a statutory deadline.
Review and Decision Process
Xenyth will review refund requests based on the available transaction records, delivery status, technical information and relevant legal requirements.
The review may include checking whether:
-
The payment was successfully processed;
-
The product was delivered or activated;
-
The relevant account information was correct;
-
A technical error occurred;
-
The request concerns a statutory right;
-
The transaction has already been refunded or reversed;
-
Additional evidence is reasonably necessary.
Where a request is approved, Xenyth will communicate the remedy and the expected next steps.
Where a request is refused, Xenyth should provide a clear explanation of the reason, subject to applicable law and the need to protect security-sensitive information.
All decisions remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and the customer's right to use applicable complaint or dispute procedures.
Processing Times
Xenyth aims to review refund requests within a reasonable period.
The time required may depend on the complexity of the issue, the availability of transaction records, the need to contact a payment provider and any additional information reasonably required.
Where a statutory deadline applies, Xenyth will comply with that deadline regardless of its internal review targets.
Once a refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Xenyth will not treat a payment provider's processing delay as a reason to disregard its own legal obligations.
Fraud, Unauthorized Payments and Chargebacks
Customers who notice a payment they do not recognize or believe to be unauthorized should contact their payment provider and Xenyth support as soon as possible.
Xenyth may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, duplicate payments, payment manipulation or other suspicious activity.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, Xenyth may temporarily suspend the delivery or use of benefits associated with a transaction under investigation.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Xenyth may provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider to explain the circumstances of the purchase.
A chargeback is handled under the applicable payment provider and card network procedures. Xenyth does not control the provider's final decision.
A chargeback or payment dispute must not automatically be treated as proof of fraud or misconduct.
Where a payment is reversed, Xenyth may review the status of the associated benefits and take proportionate action in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Xenyth will not use account restrictions to prevent customers from exercising legal rights or submitting legitimate payment disputes.
Minors and Purchases
Users must comply with the age requirements and purchasing conditions applicable to the Xenyth store and the relevant payment provider.
Where a purchase is made by a minor, the requirements concerning parental authorization and contractual capacity depend on the applicable law and circumstances.
If a parent or legal guardian contacts Xenyth about a purchase made by a minor, Xenyth may request reasonable information to identify the transaction and assess the request.
The fact that a purchase was made by a minor does not automatically determine whether a refund is due. The request will be reviewed under applicable law, the purchase circumstances and the relevant payment rules.
Changes to This Policy
Xenyth may update this Refund Policy when its store, products, payment systems or legal obligations change.
The version applicable to a purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the information presented to the customer at the time of the transaction.
Significant changes will be communicated where required by law.
The latest revision date will be displayed at the beginning of this Policy.
