Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last Updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the official Xenyth store and any other sales channel expressly designated by Xenyth.

Their purpose is to establish clear contractual conditions for customers, explain how purchases are processed, define the delivery and use of digital products, and clarify the procedures applicable to cancellations, refunds, payment disputes, and changes to purchased services.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the information provided before purchase and agrees to the conditions applicable to that transaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Purpose and Scope

These Terms apply to purchases made directly through official Xenyth sales channels.

They may cover digital products and services, including:

  • In-game ranks and privileges.

  • Virtual currencies and currency packages.

  • Cosmetic items and customization features.

  • Digital content and account-related benefits.

  • Subscriptions and time-limited services.

  • Other products or benefits expressly offered for sale by Xenyth.

These Terms apply to the commercial relationship relating to the purchase. The general use of Xenyth services remains subject to the Terms of Service and the applicable server rules.

Where a specific product has additional purchase conditions, those conditions apply alongside these Terms. Any inconsistency must be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the specific terms clearly presented and accepted for the relevant order.

Seller Information

Before publication and before accepting orders, Xenyth must clearly identify the seller responsible for the transaction.

The seller's legal identity, business address, contact details, registration information where applicable, and other mandatory information must be displayed in the appropriate legal notices or sales information.

The Xenyth name or the involvement of an administrative project does not, by itself, identify the legal person responsible for a sale.

Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract.

Where a customer is a minor or does not have the legal capacity to make the purchase independently, the required authorization or involvement of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained in accordance with applicable law.

Xenyth may refuse or suspend the processing of an order where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the purchase was made fraudulently, without required authorization, or in breach of applicable legal requirements.

The use of an account by a minor does not automatically establish that the minor has legal authority to complete a paid transaction.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Product Descriptions

Each product offered for sale must be described clearly enough for customers to understand what they are purchasing.

Depending on the product, the information provided may include:

  • The product name and principal characteristics.

  • The benefits and features included.

  • Any applicable duration or expiration date.

  • Eligibility and account requirements.

  • Technical restrictions or compatibility requirements.

  • Any relevant conditions affecting availability or use.

Customers should review the product description before confirming an order.

A product's name, promotional image, or general category does not replace the specific description of its actual benefits and limitations.

Where a feature is not expressly included in the product description, customers should not assume that it is part of the purchase.

Product Availability

Products may be offered for a limited period, during a particular season, or while a specific service is operating.

Any relevant availability restrictions, purchase limits, or expiration conditions must be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Xenyth may discontinue the sale of a product for future orders. This does not automatically cancel an existing purchase or remove rights arising from an existing contract.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the store and the customer's transaction.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any mandatory additional charges, must be shown before the customer confirms the purchase.

Where a payment provider applies currency conversion or other charges, the applicable information should be made available by the provider or presented where required.

The price confirmed for an order is the price applicable to that transaction. Later price changes do not automatically alter an already completed purchase.

Xenyth may update its prices for future orders, subject to applicable law and any specific contractual commitments.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, bundles, and limited-time products are subject to the conditions communicated with the relevant offer.

Where an offer has an eligibility requirement, purchase limit, or validity period, that information must be made clear before the purchase.

Promotional benefits cannot be assumed to apply retroactively to orders completed before the offer became available, unless the offer expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Xenyth may correct an objectively identifiable pricing or promotional error, subject to applicable law and the customer's rights. An order already accepted cannot be changed unilaterally merely because Xenyth later wishes to offer a different price.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Placing an Order

Customers must review their selected products, account information, and order details before confirming payment.

The ordering process may require the customer to:

  • Access the official Xenyth store.

  • Select the desired products or services.

  • Provide the information required to process the order.

  • Review the applicable product descriptions and conditions.

  • Confirm the total price and any relevant charges.

  • Complete payment through an available payment method.

The final confirmation must clearly indicate that the action creates an obligation to pay where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking that the correct account, product, quantity, and applicable options have been selected before submitting an order.

Order Confirmation

After a successful transaction, Xenyth or its payment provider may provide an order confirmation or receipt.

Where required by law, customers must receive confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, such as an email or another suitable format that can be retained and reproduced.

The confirmation should contain the relevant order information, including the products purchased, the amount paid, and the applicable contractual information.

An order confirmation does not remove the customer's right to report an error, challenge an unauthorized transaction, or exercise mandatory legal rights.

Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through payment providers selected by Xenyth.

Available payment methods, any applicable restrictions, and the relevant payment instructions are displayed during checkout.

Customers must use payment methods they are legally authorized to use and must not submit false, stolen, or unauthorized payment information.

Payment providers may apply their own verification, security, and processing procedures.

Xenyth does not control every technical operation of external payment systems. However, this does not remove any obligations Xenyth has as the seller or any rights the customer has under applicable law.

Payment Verification

An order may remain pending while a payment provider verifies or processes the transaction.

A payment authorization, pending status, or temporary bank reservation does not necessarily mean that the payment has been completed or that the order has been accepted.

If a payment fails, is rejected, or cannot be verified, the order may not be fulfilled until the issue has been resolved.

Customers should avoid repeatedly submitting payments while an earlier transaction remains pending, as this may create duplicate authorizations or charges.

If a customer believes that they have been charged more than once for the same order, they should contact Xenyth support with the relevant transaction information.

Fraud Prevention and Order Refusal

Xenyth may take reasonable steps to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized purchases, payment abuse, and other forms of commercial misuse.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a security issue, Xenyth may temporarily delay, verify, refuse, or cancel an order, subject to applicable law.

Where a payment has been collected for an order that is subsequently cancelled and no lawful basis exists to retain the payment, the appropriate refund must be issued.

Xenyth should not treat a customer's ordinary exercise of a legal right as evidence of fraud merely because the customer requests a cancellation, refund, or review.

DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION

Digital Delivery

Products sold through Xenyth are generally delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may consist of:

  • Activating a rank or privilege on the customer's account.

  • Crediting virtual currency to the relevant account.

  • Unlocking a cosmetic or digital feature.

  • Enabling access to a subscription or time-limited service.

  • Making digital content available through the website, launcher, or game server.

The applicable delivery method and any relevant conditions must be described before the purchase is completed.

Delivery Times

Where delivery is automatic, the product may become available shortly after payment confirmation.

Delivery may take longer where additional payment verification, technical processing, account checks, or provider-related procedures are required.

Any specific delivery estimate displayed during checkout should be taken into account.

If a product has not been delivered within the indicated period, or within a reasonable time where no estimate was provided, the customer may contact Xenyth support.

Xenyth will investigate verified delivery issues and take the measures required by the applicable contract and law.

Incorrect Account or Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for checking the account or other destination information entered during checkout.

If a product is delivered to an incorrect account because of information provided by the customer, the customer should contact support promptly.

Xenyth may investigate whether the product can reasonably be recovered or reassigned. Recovery or reassignment is not guaranteed, particularly where the product has already been used, transferred, or cannot technically be separated from the original account.

This does not exclude any legal remedies available to the customer where Xenyth is responsible for the delivery error or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Delivery Problems

If a purchased product is missing, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, the customer should contact Xenyth support.

To help resolve the issue, the customer may be asked to provide:

  • The order reference.

  • The account associated with the purchase.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Relevant screenshots or other supporting information, where appropriate.

Customers should not be required to provide passwords, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information to obtain assistance.

Xenyth will assess the issue and, where appropriate, correct the delivery, restore the relevant benefit, or provide another remedy required by the applicable terms and law.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND VIRTUAL BENEFITS

Nature of Digital Products

Products sold through Xenyth may consist of digital content, digital services, or access to virtual features within the game environment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products do not provide ownership of Xenyth's software, infrastructure, intellectual property, or the Minecraft game itself.

A purchase generally grants the customer the right to use the specified product or benefit under the conditions presented at the time of purchase.

The precise nature of that right depends on the product description, its duration, its technical characteristics, and any applicable contractual conditions.

Ranks and Privileges

Ranks and privileges may provide access to particular gameplay features, commands, cosmetic options, or other benefits.

The exact benefits associated with a rank must be described in the store before purchase.

A rank does not automatically grant administrative authority, moderation powers, immunity from the server rules, or permission to interfere with the operation of Xenyth.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a rank does not guarantee that every associated feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Any relevant duration, restrictions, or conditions must be clearly disclosed before the customer confirms the order.

Virtual Currency

Virtual currency, where offered, is intended for use within the Xenyth environment and according to the applicable in-game rules.

Customers must not use unauthorized methods to obtain, duplicate, manipulate, or transfer currency in violation of the published rules.

The store should clearly identify the quantity of currency included in each package and any applicable restrictions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual currency has no cash value outside Xenyth and cannot be exchanged for real money.

This does not remove any legal rights that may apply to the underlying purchase or to a failure to provide the promised digital service.

Cosmetics and Digital Items

Cosmetic products and digital items may provide visual customization or other clearly described features.

Their availability, compatibility, and use may depend on the game version, server configuration, or technical requirements.

Customers should review the relevant product description before purchasing.

Where an item is advertised as including a particular visual or functional feature, Xenyth must provide the product in accordance with the applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Duration and Expiration

Some products may be permanent within a particular service, while others may be limited to a season, subscription period, event, or defined duration.

The store must clearly indicate whether a product is permanent, temporary, renewable, or subject to an expiration date.

Where a product is limited to a season or a specific version of Xenyth, the relevant limitation must be disclosed before the purchase.

A product must not be described as permanent if its availability is subject to a known, undisclosed expiration condition.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Subscription Conditions

If Xenyth offers subscriptions, the store must clearly display the subscription's price, billing frequency, duration, included benefits, and renewal conditions before the customer subscribes.

Customers must be informed whether a subscription renews automatically or ends at the conclusion of its stated period.

Where automatic renewal applies, the applicable renewal terms and cancellation process must be clearly presented before the purchase.

Subscription Renewal

If a subscription renews automatically, the customer authorizes recurring payments according to the conditions presented during checkout.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the renewal date, billing frequency, and applicable cancellation instructions.

Xenyth must not introduce a new recurring payment or materially change the agreed billing conditions without the necessary legal basis and, where required, the customer's consent.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers must be able to cancel subscriptions through the applicable cancellation process.

Where a subscription is cancelled, the cancellation takes effect according to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

If cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately terminate the current paid period, the customer should retain access to the benefits until the end of that period, unless a lawful contractual or legal exception applies.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a period already provided, except where required by law or the applicable purchase conditions.

WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Legal Right of Withdrawal

Customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within the period established by applicable law.

For many consumer purchases made online in the European Union, the standard withdrawal period is fourteen days, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.

The applicable withdrawal rights depend on the type of product or service purchased and the customer's legal status.

Customers should not assume that all digital products are automatically excluded from withdrawal simply because they are delivered electronically.

Digital Content and Immediate Delivery

For certain digital content supplied online, the customer may lose the statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins, but only where the applicable legal conditions have been satisfied.

Where required, those conditions include the customer's prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and the customer's acknowledgment that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Any legally required confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment must be provided in the appropriate manner.

A general acceptance of these Terms alone does not automatically replace the specific consent or acknowledgment required for an applicable digital-content exception.

Where a subscription or digital service is involved, the legal rules may differ from those applicable to a one-time supply of digital content.

Withdrawal Procedure

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer must be provided with clear information about how to exercise it.

The customer may use any legally valid method of communicating their decision to withdraw, including the applicable withdrawal form where provided.

The request should identify the relevant order and clearly state the customer's decision to withdraw.

Xenyth must process valid withdrawal requests in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, including any applicable reimbursement deadlines and rules concerning the start of performance.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available where required by law, where a transaction was unauthorized, where Xenyth failed to deliver a purchased product, or where a product or service does not conform to the applicable contract.

The availability of a refund depends on the circumstances, the type of purchase, the evidence available, and the legal rights applicable to the customer.

A product being digital does not, by itself, eliminate all possible refund rights.

Where the law provides a remedy for a failure to supply or a lack of conformity, Xenyth must respect the applicable procedure and available remedies.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is legally or contractually due, it will be processed using the applicable payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed with the customer.

The processing time may depend on the payment provider and the financial institution involved.

Where applicable law sets a deadline for reimbursement, Xenyth must comply with that deadline.

Customers should retain their order confirmation and relevant transaction information until the issue has been resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund may not be available where the customer has no applicable legal or contractual right to one, such as where a valid withdrawal exception applies or where the product was supplied in conformity and the relevant contract does not provide an additional refund entitlement.

However, Xenyth cannot use a general statement such as "all digital purchases are final" to override mandatory consumer rights.

Any product-specific non-refundable condition must be communicated clearly before purchase and must comply with applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Xenyth support when they believe a transaction was incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or not fulfilled.

A payment dispute or chargeback initiated through a bank or payment provider may require Xenyth to provide relevant transaction and delivery information to investigate the claim.

Xenyth may temporarily restrict access to benefits associated with a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to believe that payment has been reversed, is fraudulent, or remains unresolved, subject to applicable law and the customer's rights.

A customer must not be automatically treated as fraudulent merely because they have exercised a legitimate right to dispute a transaction.

Where a chargeback is found to be unjustified, Xenyth may take reasonable steps to recover amounts lawfully owed and address any related abuse.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Product Updates and Modifications

Xenyth may update its digital products and services to maintain security, compatibility, performance, and proper operation.

Updates may include technical corrections, adjustments to features, compatibility changes, and improvements to the user experience.

Where updates are necessary to maintain conformity with the contract or are legally required, Xenyth will provide them in accordance with applicable law.

A product update must not be used as a pretext to remove a customer's mandatory legal rights.

Gameplay Balancing

Xenyth may make reasonable gameplay adjustments to maintain competitive integrity and the overall balance of the server.

Such adjustments may affect item statistics, rewards, progression rates, faction mechanics, or the availability of particular features.

A purchase does not automatically guarantee that the competitive value of a virtual benefit will remain identical after every balance update.

However, Xenyth must respect the product description and contractual commitments applicable to the purchase, as well as mandatory legal requirements.

Discontinuation of Products

Xenyth may discontinue the sale of products and may, where reasonably necessary, modify or discontinue certain services.

Where a change affects an existing paid product or service, Xenyth must consider the customer's contractual rights and any applicable legal obligations.

Where a paid digital service is discontinued, becomes unavailable, or no longer conforms to the applicable contract, the customer may be entitled to a remedy under the relevant legal rules.

No provision in these Terms automatically removes such rights.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CLAIMS

Support Requests

Customers may contact Xenyth through the official support channels for questions or problems concerning their purchases.

Support requests should include enough information to identify the relevant order and understand the issue.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, including passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment card details.

Order Verification

Xenyth may request reasonable information to verify an order, confirm account ownership, or investigate a delivery or payment issue.

Any requested information must be relevant and proportionate to the matter being investigated.

Xenyth may use transaction references, account details, payment-provider records, and technical delivery records where appropriate and lawful.

Complaint Handling

Customers who are dissatisfied with a purchase or its handling may submit a complaint through the designated support channel.

A complaint should describe the issue, the relevant purchase, the desired resolution, and any supporting information available.

Xenyth will review the complaint and respond through an appropriate channel.

Submitting a complaint does not prevent a customer from exercising statutory rights or using any legally available dispute-resolution procedure.

PERSONAL DATA AND PAYMENT SECURITY

Data Processing

Information collected during a purchase may be processed for purposes including:

  • Order creation and management.

  • Payment verification and transaction records.

  • Digital product delivery and account activation.

  • Fraud prevention and security.

  • Customer support and complaint handling.

  • Accounting and legal compliance.

The exact categories of information, purposes, legal bases, recipients, and retention periods must be described in the Xenyth Privacy Policy.

Payment Providers

Payments may be handled by external payment providers.

Depending on the payment method, those providers may process information necessary to authorize, verify, and complete the transaction.

Customers should consult the relevant provider's privacy information where they wish to understand its independent data-processing practices.

Xenyth should not request or store full payment card details unless it has a lawful and appropriate technical basis to do so.

Transaction Records

Xenyth may retain relevant order, payment, delivery, and support records for legitimate operational, accounting, security, and legal purposes.

Such records must be retained in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the relevant retention policy.

Access to transaction records should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need to process them.

LIABILITY AND LEGAL PROTECTION

Conformity of Purchased Products

Xenyth is responsible for providing purchased products and services in accordance with the applicable contract and mandatory legal requirements.

Where a digital product or service is not supplied, is materially different from its description, or does not meet applicable conformity requirements, the customer may be entitled to the remedies provided by law.

Depending on the circumstances, those remedies may include correction, restoration of access, a price reduction, contract termination, or reimbursement.

The availability and order of these remedies depend on the applicable legal framework and the nature of the issue.

Technical Incidents

Xenyth may experience technical incidents affecting checkout, payment processing, account activation, delivery, or access to purchased features.

Customers should report relevant problems through the official support channels.

Xenyth will take reasonable steps to investigate and address verified issues in accordance with its contractual obligations and applicable law.

A technical incident does not automatically remove Xenyth's responsibility for obligations that remain legally enforceable.

Limitations

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where permitted by law, Xenyth is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that this limitation does not undermine obligations that remain applicable to the seller.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to the transaction and the relationship between the seller and the customer.

Where the seller operates in a particular jurisdiction, the applicable law and competent courts must be determined in accordance with the relevant legal rules.

Where a customer benefits from mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence, those protections remain applicable where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising mandatory legal rights or bringing a claim before a competent authority or court.

Amendments to These Terms

Xenyth may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its sales procedures, products, payment systems, legal obligations, or operational requirements.

The current version will be published through the official Xenyth website with its corresponding update date.

Changes will not automatically modify the contractual conditions of purchases already completed where such modification would be unlawful or inconsistent with the existing contract.

Where required, customers will be informed of material changes or asked to provide renewed consent before those changes apply.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.

No Waiver

A failure or delay by Xenyth in enforcing a provision does not automatically constitute a waiver of its rights or prevent its future enforcement.

Official Contact

Questions, complaints, and requests relating to purchases may be submitted through the official Xenyth website or designated sales support channels.

Customers should use official communication channels when discussing order details, payment issues, refunds, or contractual matters.
