Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service establish the conditions governing access to and use of Xenyth. They are intended to provide clear expectations for users, explain the responsibilities associated with the services, and define the measures Xenyth may take to maintain a secure, fair, and properly managed environment.

By accessing, registering for, or using any Xenyth service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Purpose and Scope

Xenyth is a modded Minecraft PvP Factions project offering an online gaming environment and related digital services.

These Terms apply to all services operated under the Xenyth name, including:

  • The official Xenyth website and account portal.

  • The official Xenyth launcher and its authentication systems.

  • The Xenyth Minecraft server and its gameplay features.

  • Official support services and communication platforms.

  • Other digital services explicitly operated by Xenyth.

Certain services may have additional rules, instructions, or conditions. These supplementary documents apply alongside these Terms. If a specific rule addresses a particular service or activity in greater detail, that rule governs the relevant situation, provided it does not conflict with mandatory applicable law.

Acceptance and User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to the services they use.

Using Xenyth does not grant permission to disregard its rules, interfere with its operations, or infringe upon the rights of other users.

Users must comply with these Terms, applicable supplementary rules, and relevant laws. Ignorance of a published rule does not automatically exempt a user from its application.

Where a user is legally required to obtain parental or guardian authorization, that authorization must be obtained before using the relevant service.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

Account Registration

Some Xenyth services require users to create an account.

When registering, users must provide accurate information and must not deliberately submit misleading details, impersonate another person, or register for fraudulent purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or other recovery methods associated with their account.

Xenyth may require verification or additional information where reasonably necessary to protect account security, prevent abuse, or resolve an account-related issue.

Account Security

Each user is responsible for protecting their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

Users must not deliberately share their passwords, authentication tokens, or other confidential login information.

If a user suspects that their account has been compromised, they should contact Xenyth support as soon as possible.

Xenyth may temporarily restrict access to an account when there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized use, fraud, or a security incident.

Account owners may be held responsible for activity conducted through their accounts where appropriate under the applicable rules and circumstances. However, the mere fact that activity occurred through an account does not prevent Xenyth from considering evidence of unauthorized access.

Account Sharing and Transfers

Accounts are intended for the personal use of their registered owners.

Unless explicitly permitted by Xenyth, users must not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or otherwise commercially distribute access to their accounts.

Users must not use another person's account to evade restrictions, conceal prohibited activity, or bypass an existing sanction.

Any authorized account recovery or transfer process must follow the instructions published by Xenyth.

GAMEPLAY AND SERVER RULES

Fair Play

Xenyth is intended to provide a competitive and consistent gameplay environment.

All players must respect the official gameplay rules, including restrictions relating to combat, factions, progression, trading, and server mechanics.

The use of unauthorized tools or methods intended to create an unfair advantage is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cheats, hacked clients, and prohibited modifications.

  • Unauthorized macros, scripts, bots, and automated gameplay.

  • Exploitation of bugs, glitches, duplication methods, or unintended mechanics.

  • Unauthorized manipulation of gameplay systems, rewards, rankings, or economies.

  • Attempts to interfere with anti-cheat systems or evade gameplay restrictions.

A modification is not automatically authorized simply because it is commonly used on other Minecraft servers. Users must follow the specific compatibility requirements and restrictions published by Xenyth.

Bugs and Exploits

Users must not knowingly abuse bugs or unintended behavior to obtain an advantage or disrupt the server.

Any significant bug, vulnerability, duplication issue, or security weakness should be reported through the appropriate official support channel.

Reporting a bug does not authorize continued exploitation of it.

Xenyth may investigate reported issues, temporarily disable affected features, correct unintended behavior, and take reasonable measures to limit any resulting damage.

Factions and Player Interactions

Players must follow the specific rules governing factions, alliances, combat, raids, territorial activities, and other competitive systems.

Unless expressly prohibited by a specific gameplay rule, ordinary competitive actions and legitimate in-game rivalries are part of the intended gameplay experience.

However, gameplay does not justify harassment, threats, targeted abuse, real-world intimidation, or attempts to disrupt the services outside their intended mechanics.

Users must not use technical exploits, unauthorized automation, or prohibited methods to influence faction competition.

Where a particular faction mechanic or competitive restriction is unclear, users should consult the published rules or request clarification from the administration.

Gameplay Changes and Balancing

Xenyth may adjust gameplay mechanics, item statistics, progression, rewards, faction systems, and other features as part of server development and balancing.

Such changes may be necessary to address bugs, improve performance, maintain competitive integrity, or introduce new content.

Users should not assume that gameplay mechanics, item values, rewards, or progression rates will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Where practical, significant changes may be announced through official communication channels.

CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY

Respectful Conduct

All users are expected to communicate and interact in a manner that does not compromise the safety or proper functioning of the Xenyth community.

Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, discriminatory conduct, impersonation, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.

Users must not use Xenyth services to distribute malware, conduct scams, promote fraudulent schemes, or encourage unlawful activity.

Disagreements, criticism, and competitive rivalries are not automatically violations. However, they must not develop into prohibited harassment, threats, or disruption.

Communication and Published Content

Users are responsible for the content they submit through Xenyth services.

This includes messages, usernames, profile information, forum posts, support requests, uploaded files, and other user-generated material.

Users must not publish content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, exposes confidential information without authorization, or breaches Xenyth's published community rules.

Xenyth may remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary to enforce its rules, protect users, or maintain the integrity of its services.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Users must not falsely present themselves as Xenyth administrators, moderators, developers, official representatives, or authorized partners.

Users must not create misleading accounts, websites, announcements, or communications that could reasonably be mistaken for official Xenyth material.

Official announcements and instructions should be verified through Xenyth's designated communication channels.

LAUNCHER AND TECHNICAL SERVICES

Official Launcher

The Xenyth launcher is provided to facilitate access to the Xenyth server and its associated game environment.

Users must use the launcher in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions published by Xenyth.

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with security mechanisms, distribute malicious modifications, or compromise the launcher or its associated infrastructure.

The launcher may require updates, compatible software, an internet connection, and other technical dependencies.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the published technical requirements.

Unauthorized Access and Interference

Users must not attempt to access systems, accounts, databases, administrative interfaces, or infrastructure for which they have not been granted permission.

Attempts to disrupt, overload, damage, manipulate, or compromise Xenyth systems are prohibited.

This includes unauthorized scanning, exploitation, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, and interference with technical protections.

Security testing must not be conducted against Xenyth infrastructure without prior authorization from the appropriate project representative.

Third-Party Software

Xenyth may rely on third-party software, services, libraries, hosting providers, and technologies.

Such components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.

Users remain responsible for complying with the relevant third-party requirements when using those components.

Xenyth does not claim ownership of third-party software, trademarks, or materials merely because they are integrated into or used alongside its services.

VIRTUAL CONTENT AND TRANSACTIONS

Virtual Items and Progression

Xenyth may provide virtual currencies, items, ranks, cosmetics, rewards, progression systems, or other digital features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these features exist within the Xenyth environment and do not represent ownership of physical property or an automatic right to receive money.

Users must not fraudulently obtain, manipulate, duplicate, or exploit virtual content.

Xenyth may modify, rebalance, remove, or replace gameplay content where reasonably necessary for development, security, maintenance, or competitive integrity, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase conditions.

Purchases and Payments

If Xenyth offers paid products, subscriptions, donations, ranks, or other transactions, the applicable purchase conditions must be made available before the transaction is completed.

Users should carefully review the description, price, duration, benefits, and any relevant restrictions associated with a purchase.

A payment does not automatically guarantee permanent access to every associated gameplay feature, particularly where the service is subject to legitimate maintenance, security measures, or changes described in the applicable purchase conditions.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or statutory protections.

Any applicable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or conformity rights will be governed by the relevant legal requirements and the conditions presented for the transaction.

MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Administration Authority

Xenyth may moderate its services to enforce these Terms, supplementary rules, and applicable legal requirements.

Moderation may involve reviewing reports, investigating suspected violations, removing prohibited content, and applying restrictions where appropriate.

The administration may consider relevant evidence, the nature of the incident, its impact, the user's history, and any available explanation.

Moderation decisions are intended to protect the services and their users. They are not a guarantee that every incident will be detected or that every decision will be free from error.

Sanctions

Depending on the circumstances, Xenyth may apply measures including:

  • Informal or formal warnings.

  • Removal of prohibited content.

  • Temporary restrictions on communication or gameplay.

  • Temporary account or server suspensions.

  • Permanent restrictions or bans.

  • Other reasonable measures necessary to protect the services.

The seriousness, duration, and scope of a sanction may depend on the violation and its consequences.

Repeated violations may result in stronger measures. Serious incidents involving security, fraud, threats, or significant disruption may justify immediate restrictions where appropriate.

Appeals and Reviews

Users who believe that a moderation decision was made in error may contact Xenyth through the official support channels, where an appeal or review process is available.

A review request should include the relevant account information, the decision being challenged, and a clear explanation of the user's position.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend or reverse an existing sanction.

Xenyth may request additional information where necessary to assess a request. The availability and scope of any review will depend on the applicable moderation procedures.

SERVICE OPERATION

Availability and Maintenance

Xenyth makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and proper functioning of its services.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Services may be interrupted, restricted, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security measures, hosting problems, or circumstances beyond Xenyth's reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, significant planned maintenance or major operational changes may be communicated through official channels.

Temporary unavailability does not automatically constitute a violation of these Terms.

Changes and Discontinuation

Xenyth may develop, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue services and features as the project evolves.

Changes may include adjustments to gameplay systems, technical requirements, launcher functionality, website features, and community services.

Where a change materially affects a user's rights or an existing paid service, the applicable legal requirements and specific purchase conditions will apply.

Users should consult official announcements for information about significant changes.

DATA AND PRIVACY

Personal Data

Xenyth may process personal and technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain its services.

Depending on how a user interacts with Xenyth, this may include registration details, account information, authentication records, IP addresses, technical logs, support communications, and moderation-related information.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Xenyth Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

The Privacy Policy provides further information about the purposes of processing, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, and the rights available to users.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Xenyth website may use cookies or similar technologies to provide essential functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, and support other permitted purposes.

Where required by law, non-essential technologies will only be used after the necessary consent has been obtained.

Users may manage their preferences through the available settings and browser controls. Disabling certain technologies may affect some website features.

LIABILITY AND LEGAL PROVISIONS

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own conduct and for ensuring that their use of Xenyth complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Users must not use Xenyth services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their devices, software, and internet connections are suitable for accessing the services.

Limitation of Liability

Xenyth makes reasonable efforts to provide services that operate as intended, but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory rights available to consumers.

Where permitted by law, Xenyth is not responsible for disruptions or losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain third-party failures or problems originating from a user's own equipment or unauthorized modifications.

External Links and Services

Xenyth may provide links to external websites, platforms, or services.

These resources are not necessarily operated or controlled by Xenyth and may be governed by independent terms and privacy policies.

Users should exercise appropriate care when accessing external services or submitting information to third parties.

Xenyth's responsibility for third-party resources is subject to applicable law and the degree of control it exercises over the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws applicable to the relationship between Xenyth and each user.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities and courts determined under the applicable legal rules.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections or procedural rights available under applicable law.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Amendments

Xenyth may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, operational practices, security requirements, or applicable legislation.

The latest version will be published through the official website with its corresponding update date.

Where required by law, Xenyth will provide appropriate notice or request renewed acceptance before applying material changes.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as necessary to comply with the applicable legal requirements.

No Waiver

Failure or delay by Xenyth in enforcing a provision does not automatically constitute a waiver of its rights or prevent it from enforcing that provision in the future.

Contact and Official Information

Questions, requests, and concerns relating to these Terms may be submitted through the official Xenyth website or designated support channels.

Users should rely on official Xenyth communication channels for verified announcements, support instructions, and information concerning the administration of the project.
